Library Closed Beginning Wednesday, March 18

Given the announcement of the closure of all schools in the state of Wisconsin, the Juneau Public Library will CLOSE for all in-person services effective Wednesday, March 18, until further notice. All programs and use of the meeting room have already been canceled effective Monday, March 16. We are open our regular business hours on Monday and Tuesday from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm.

Our outdoor book drop will remain open during the closure. If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or are not able to return your library material, please do not feel obligated to do so. All items currently checked out will be updated with a due date of Monday, April 13.

As you can imagine, this decision was a hard one to make as information is changing daily on how the world is reacting to this crisis. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience closing the library may cause. Thank you for your understanding as we work to protect the health of the community and our staff.
